Which Group is Right For Me?
Choose the group that corresponds most closely to your primary practice. These groups are intended to support you as you integrate your chosen practice into your life in a dedicated way.
If you need help deciding what to focus on, write to one of the teachers or join the most relevant group and ask for guidance during the session.

Groups meet once a month. Check the calendar for specific dates.
Sangha groups are led by authorized teachers and practitioners. Some groups include teaching and Q&A (like those by Jan, Lopön Dorit, and Lama Tasha). Others do not include teaching, but are excellent ways to synchronize your practice with community.
